Our Advantages

HEG Heckert Engineering GmbH set standards in plant construction with the development of the first belt-driven lift table.

What sets our product apart from others on the market?

HEG Heckert Engineering GmbH set standards in plant construction with the development of the first belt-driven lift table.

Hydraulic systems are often inefficient and maintenance-intensive. Gerold Heckert did not wait for an industrial revolution but initiated it himself back then. The idea was to eliminate the disadvantages of hydraulic and spindle-driven lift tables.

Thus, the first belt-driven Heckert scissor lift tables were born.

Their advantages: no oil loss, no leaking seals, no broken balls in the spindle nut anymore.

But how does one stay at the top of such a competition?

The answer: constant further development and keeping up with ever-changing requirements.

By using the unique Sigma-Drive, we have also developed a system that adapts to the increasing demands of the automotive industry, such as process speed.

For this, high precision and low maintenance effort are required.

To this day, there is only one original with Σ-drive, the flat belt lift table from HEG Heckert Engineering GmbH.

Our products are based on patented designs that offer the highest efficiency and reliability. By using well-thought-out, efficient, and cost-saving technologies, we set standards in the industry and provide our customers with a clear competitive advantage.

  • Constant torque and constant speed throughout the lifting process
  • Low energy costs
  • No restrictions on the number of lifting cycles per day
  • Precise stop and exact positioning of the programmed height
  • Highest stability in every position
  • Optimal emergency running properties

Further advantages of our lift tables:

  • Technical availability 99.9%
  • Lift table dimensioned for 1 cycle per minute. For AGV and skillet projects, 1 cycle every 4 minutes.
  • Number of shifts: 3 / Number of hours per shift: 7.5 h

Number of days per year: 250 days.

  • The use of high-strength ropes in the lift belts offers millimeter-accurate control and minimal deviation in lift position.
  • Position repeatability of ±1 mm at the same load (up to and including scissor length 2.5 m – then increasing up to ±2 mm).
